PREMIUM SOCCER RETURN POLICY

Return requests for online orders must be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 30-day period has passed. 
Return requests for in-store purchases must be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 14-day period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition i.e. unused, unaltered, brand new and unworn. 
• The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached and in new condition.
• The item must have its original label 

All returned items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return if the items don’t meet the above requirements. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. Shipping and handling costs and fees are not refundable.  
Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, custom/official jersey prints, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards, masks. 
*Sale Items are FINAL SALE, these items are NOT eligible for a return nor an exchange*

Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
You may use the shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery method. 
Please note: All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. PREMIUM SOCCER will send you a shipping label only if goods received are defective or incorrect. 

Even if you are qualified for Free Shipping, upon item return, Premium Soccer will not be able to refund shipping costs*. 
*Shipping costs are fees acquired by Premium Soccer to mailing companies such as Canada Post, and are not covered in refunds.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges will be treated as two separate transactions. First, you must place an order for the preferred item. Second, you must return your original purchase. Once received, we will credit your returned item if it meets the requirements indicated in the above stated return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. All credits or refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been quality approved, PREMIUM SOCCER will issue a refund to your original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note once the refund notification is sent, it can take up to 3 business days to see the funds reflect on your account.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label to return the defective product to our store and will send you a replacement of the same product.
If the same item is not available, you may choose an item of your choice as a replacement. Any difference in price in the item(s) chosen will be added to the original cost. 

Exchange of defective shoes should be done within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are NOT considered defects. 

Premium Soccer is committed to promoting a safe and secure environment for our staff so that the highest standards of service can be made available to our customers. Aggressive behaviour towards our staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
