REFUND

Our return policy is available to up to 30 days from purchase date. After that date, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition i.e. unused, brand new and unworn. It must also be in their original packaging, and tags attached and in new condition.

All returns items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return of the items if they don’t meet the above requirements.

Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards. No returns or exchanges on items that are discounted: all sales are final.

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

RETURN A PRODUCT

Please include a copy of your invoice with the return and complete the return form.

You can use the return shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery. Premium Soccer will reimburse you for your return shipping costs to up to 10.00$ only if goods received are defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

All the exchanges will be treated as two different transactions. First, we will bill you for the exchanged item. Second, we will credit your returned item if it meets the above requirements. All credits or refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
