We use a third party platform for payment processing. Their criteria for the approval or refusal of your transaction is decided based on the risk factor of your credit card. Your card may be detected as a potential fraud and be refused.

Once we receive the returned item, it must undergo a 24-hour quarantine due to Covid regulations. Once that period has passed, your item will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition and a refund notification will be sent to you. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.

If you’d like to reserve an item online and pick it up in-store, you may do so by replying to your order confirmation and requesting an “IN-STORE PICK-UP”.

If a shipping fee is charged with your order and you wish to pick it up in-store, you may contact us and we will have the shipping rates refunded. Please note it can take up to 3 business days to see the funds in your account as of the moment the refund notification is received.

Jersey customization is 50 CAD+ tax. Rates may vary.
Your customized jersey will be shipped the same day if we have the lettering in stock. If you wish to place a special order, the lettering may take over 3 weeks to arrive.
Customized jersey are FINAL SALE products. They cannot be exchanged or returned.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the service and products for customized gear such as uniform kits.
