Items must be returned in their pristine, original condition, including original packaging and tags, to qualify for a refund or exchange. We meticulously inspect all returns, reserving the right to refuse items that don't meet these standards.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items can't be returned, such as personalized gear, custom jersey prints, gift cards, and specific wearables like socks and sports bras. Please note, sale items are considered final sale and are not subject to return or exchange.
How to Return Your Soccer Gear
Attach a copy of your invoice and fill out the provided return form - Get Refund Form - to begin the process. For the safety of your return, we recommend a tracked shipping method, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchange Policy
PREMIUM SOCCER simplifies exchanges by treating them as new orders. Place an order for the new item and return the original purchase following our return guidelines. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
