Safety measures
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
Here are the measures that we have put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees.
- PLEXIGLAS: we installed a Plexiglas panel at the checkout
- SOCIAL DISTANCING: we are marking the floor with proper social distancing indications.
- ENTRANCE and EXIT: we dedicated doors for entrance and for exit.
- HAND SANITIZER: Hand Sanitizers will be available in different sections in the store.
- MASKS and GLOVES: Disposable masks and disposable gloves will be available for the customers.
- CLEANING: we will be cleaning and disinfecting the commune areas regularly and payment machines.
- TRY ON: we will be asking the customers to disinfect their hands before trying on a pair of shoes and we will steam all the tried-on and returned clothes.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition i.e. unused, brand new and unworn. It must also be in their original packaging, and tags attached and in new condition.
All returns items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return of the items if they don’t meet the above requirements.
Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards, masks. No returns or exchanges on items that are discounted: all sales are final.
RETURN AN ITEM
Due to COVID-19, please send us an email if you wish to return a product. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return and complete the return form.
Get Refund Form
You can use the return shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery. Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded. PREMIUM SOCCER will send you a shipping label only if goods received are defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer a direct exchanges. All the exchanges will be treated as two different transactions. First, you will need to place a new order for the item that you wish to have. Second, we will credit your returned item if it meets the above requirements. All credits or refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been quality approved, PREMIUM SOCCER will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. When you receive the confirmation e-mail, please note that it can take up to 3 business days to receive the refund.
