As soon as the order has been packaged, Premium Soccer will send you the shipping confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

When the order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation notification.
All orders placed by 3:00 pm EDT Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Your package will arrive in 2-5 business days.

A manufacturing defect is an error in the design or production of the product that was not intended. If the product your ordered arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@premiumsoccer.com. Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are not considered defects.
