Should footwear designed for natural grass be used on these artificial surfaces?
- A Firm Ground shoe (FG) is not designed to be played on artificial grass surfaces.
- One of the possible outcomes from misusing an FG shoe is its quick deterioration.
- An issue with using the wrong stud configuration on a certain surface is the breaking of any guarantee with the manufacturer.
- A common issue becomes sole separation where the bonding between the plastic outsole begins to detach from the upper material.This often occurs around the instep and front toe where most passing and shooting originates.

Return Policy
At Premium Soccer, we want you to shop with confidence.
You have:
- 30 days from the order date to return online purchases.
- 14 days from the purchase date to return in-store purchases.
To start a return, simply visit our Return Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions provided.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Not a Final Sale item
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Premium Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy.
Final Sale Items
The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Shipping
A trackable return shipping label is generated through our Return Portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Checkout+ was purchased during checkout.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact csr@premiumsoccer.com as soon as possible.

- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem

Warranty
Premium Soccer follows each manufacturer's warranty policy.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Material defects
- Stitching defects
- Construction defects
- Manufacturing or assembly errors
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Improper care or maintenance
If your warranty claim is approved:
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- We will replace the product whenever possible.
- If the original product is unavailable, we will help you select an alternative product or issue a store credit.
