Premium Soccer’s retail location being situated in the harsh cold country that is Canada, most Canadian soccer players primarily play on artificial grass surfaces. This begs the question that almost every soccer enthusiast asks and that every single current soccer player should know the answer to:

Should footwear designed for natural grass be used on these artificial surfaces?

The short and simple answer to the question above is No! We often use a car metaphor to explain it to customers: winter tires are not meant for summer conditions, so you can always use them and they will work, but they are not designed for that purpose.
  • A Firm Ground shoe (FG) is not designed to be played on artificial grass surfaces.
  • One of the possible outcomes from misusing an FG shoe is its quick deterioration.
  • An issue with using the wrong stud configuration on a certain surface is the breaking of any guarantee with the manufacturer.
  • A common issue becomes sole separation where the bonding between the plastic outsole begins to detach from the upper material.This often occurs around the instep and front toe where most passing and shooting originates.
It is therefore the consumer’s duty to inform themselves on choosing properly designed footwear based on their own surface of play.

Return Policy

At Premium Soccer, we want you to shop with confidence.

You have:

  • 30 days from the order date to return online purchases.
  • 14 days from the purchase date to return in-store purchases.

To start a return, simply visit our Return Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions provided.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Not a Final Sale item

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Premium Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy.

Return Shipping

A trackable return shipping label is generated through our Return Portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Checkout+ was purchased during checkout.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

Warranty

Premium Soccer follows each manufacturer's warranty policy.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.

Manufacturing defects may include:

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Accidental damage

If your warranty claim is approved:
