PREMIUM SOCCER simplifies exchanges by treating them as new orders. Place an order for the new item and return the original purchase following our return guidelines. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

- Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is validated, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. Should the identical item be unavailable, you're welcome to select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted against the original purchase cost.
