- Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is validated, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. [ENGLISH BELOW] J'ai acheté deux paires de gants de gardien de but Nike Dynamic Fit chez Premium Soccer pour mon fils. J'ai déjà acheté des gants Nike similaires chez Premium Soccer. Mon expérience avec les gants et avec Premium Soccer a été très bonne, jusqu'à présent. Après une utilisation à l'entraînement, l'un des nouveaux gants s'est effondré au niveau de la paume. Cela ressemble à un défaut de conception. Lorsque j'en ai parlé à Premium Soccer, ils ont été très gentils de me proposer de remplacer les gants, si je pouvais me rendre en magasin en personne. Malheureusement, le magasin est à 45 minutes. Premium Soccer propose de les remplacer si nous payons les frais d'expédition jusqu'à eux et de retour jusqu'à moi (environ 35 $). Il aurait été idéal que Premium Soccer propose également de payer les frais de retour, car le problème est dû à un défaut évident du produit vendu.

I purchased two pairs of Nike Dynamic Fit Goalkeeper Gloves from Premium Soccer for my son. I have purchased similar Nike gloves in the past from Premium Soccer. My experience with both the gloves and Premium Soccer has been very good, until now. After one use in practice one of the new gloves fell apart across the palm. Looks like a design defect. When I told this to Premium Soccer, they were very kind to offer to replace the gloves, if I could go to the store in person. Unfortunately, the store is 45 min. away. Premium Soccer offer to replace them if we paid for the shipping to them and back to me (about $35). It would have been ideal if Premium Soccer would have also offered to pay for the return shipping since the issue is due to a clear product defect with one of the products they sold.
