How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packaged, a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent to your email. This tracking number enables you to monitor the status of your order conveniently.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders placed by before 3:00PM EDT, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped out the same day. Delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Note: Delivery may be delayed during holidays, shipping companies strikes, or due to severe weather conditions.
Can I Place an Order Over the Phone?
To ensure accuracy and protect of your personal information, we do not process orders by phone. At this time, we only accept orders through our secure online store or in person at our physical location in Saint-Laurent, QC. Shipping is free for orders over CAD 175. For orders up to CAD 175. Our shipping rates in CAD for expedited and priority shipping are as follows;
Quebec & Ontario: (Same-Day Shipping, before 15:00 EDT)

- Canada Post Priority (1-3 business days) $19.95
Rest of Canada: (Same-Day Shipping, before 15:00 EDT)

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Can I cancel my order before shipment?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Cancel directly from your order details or contact us at csr@premiumsoccer.com with your order number and reason for cancelation.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, modifications are not possible. However, you have the option to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired modifications.
I provided an incorrect shipping address – what should I do?
Quickly update us with the correct address by emailing csr@premiumsoccer.com. Please note that once the package has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to redirect your order.

Note: Premium Soccer is unable to send messages to Canada Post delivery drivers. Any specific delivery instructions or communications must be made directly with Canada Post by the customer. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to pass on individual messages or contact delivery personnel on your behalf.

You can always exchange or return an item purchased online at the store. Please note that the refund will be processed directly though our online system and credited back to your account. To verify whether an item is eligible for a return or exchange, please refer to our return policy.

What are your products warranty?

Our warranty align with those provided by our manufacturers. In the case of damaged or defective product, we initiate a claim within the 30 days following your purchase. The final decision on the approval of the claim rests with the specified brand. It is important to note that that defects do not encompass damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or “regular wear-and-tear”.
