I like this year's kit design from Nike. I guessed at the size but medium was the right call. I'm 5'10" or 177cm but with an athletic build (broad in shoulders and chest, slim in waist). Medium fits very well. I bought a large kit, also from Nike, for a different team but in this same summer season - it is baggy and loose.
I originally bought these because they were advertised as grip socks .. even on packaging its says pure grip socks but they are just normal socks no grip on them
Great quality and amazing service. I always buy my athletic gear from Premium Soccer and I recommend everyone to do the same.
Hi there
I recently returned these and just wondering when I will be receiving my re fund
Thanks
Emily
i bought the 2024 nostalgic adidas 90s track jacket/windbreaker. was so hard to find, glad i did! do not enjoy paying $15 CAD to get it from MTL to toronto though
Looked all over for cute shin pads to fit my small son - store had a great variety and quick shipping!
Their return policy webpage wasn't working at the time of my purchase, so I relied on the "30-day on all returns" wording placed on my shoe purchase to decide to purchase my shoes.
The shoes ended up being a size and a half bigger than expected, but despite the uncomfortable fit, I tried to use them for about an hour which as you would imagine did not go very well.
After an hour of use, the laces started to tear apart, and felt I now had two reasons for my return, a defect and a clear mislabeling of sizing. The customer service rep I spoke with claimed it "is commonly known that this particular type of shoe fits a size and a half bigger than normal". (Really, a size and a half?) Premium Soccer's customer service team wouldn't discuss an exchange or refund due to my shoes being "worn". It wouldn't take into account their mistake of not having their return policy available to the general public, or my laces ripping.
Once I was provided with a version of their return policy I pointed out their poor wording that clearly stated their "right to refuse return" clause was under the heading of in-store purchase, not online purchase. They told me I was confused, and the clause under in-person purchases also applies to online purchases. I noticed that half a week after my email they have changed their return policy webpage to include a new heading for the clause.
The only slightly redeeming quality is they offered to send replacement laces to me but I have not heard back since accepting.
I will never order from them again, I feel scammed of $200+. I will also be informing the clubs I belong to in Guelph not to purchase from "Premium Soccer".
