I ordered 2 Nike Maestro Futsal balls from Vancouver, BC. They arrived within a week. I have ordered from Premium Soccer before and I had the experience. I strongly recommend Premium Soccer!
I purchased this soccer ball and opted for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived in time for a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son. Unfortunately, the product was significantly delayed and arrived after 15 days – well beyond the expected delivery timeframe.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund for the expedited shipping fee, the company refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation.
The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address a legitimate concern left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. While the soccer ball itself is decent quality, the poor service and failure to deliver as promised make it hard to recommend this company.
If reliable shipping and responsive customer support are important to you, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

At Premium Soccer, when an order is marked as 'fulfilled,' it means we have created a shipping label and notified the courier that the order is ready for pickup and delivery. According to the tracking information, your order is expected to arrive today, December 30.
