Invigorate Glove Wash

The Reusch Invigorate Glove Wash is the best way to clean your gloves. The concentrated formula is environmentally friendly and will not damage the latex
Application
Use this glove wash in warm water. Use your hands to work the dirt and sweat out of the gloves, using the soap and water. Once clean, rinse the goalkeeper gloves with clean water and squeeze dry. Let the gloves air dry. Do not put them on a heat source, in the sun or in a machine dryer.

Size & Fit

In general the goalkeeper gloves should worm slightly larger than the hand size. They are different methods to determine your goalkeeper glove size.

Common method

  • Measure the length of the goalkeeper’s hand from tip of the middle finger to the end of the palm.
  • If the measures of the two hands are different, chose the bigger size.
  • Then you round up and add half size.
  • Note: The best way to determine your size is to try on the goalkeeper gloves. Goalkeeper’s hands are different, and the sizes varies from a brand to the other.

PREMIUM SOCCER RETURN POLICY

Return requests for online orders must be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 30-day period has passed. 
Return requests for in-store purchases must be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 14-day period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition i.e. unused, unaltered, brand new and unworn. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached and in new condition.
  • The item must have its original label 

All returned items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return if the items don’t meet the above requirements. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. Shipping and handling costs and fees are not refundable.  
Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, custom/official jersey prints, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards, masks.

RETURN AN ITEM

Due to COVID-19, we have taken certain measures to adapt to the situation. If you’d like to return a product, please send us your request by email. Please include a copy of your invoice with the item and complete the return form below.

Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
You may use the shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery method.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges will be treated as two separate transactions. First, you must place an order for the preferred item. Second, you must return your original purchase. Once received, we will credit your returned item if it meets the requirements indicated in the above stated return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. All credits or refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been quality approved, PREMIUM SOCCER will issue a refund to your original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note once the refund notification is sent, it can take up to 3 business days to see the funds reflect on your account.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe an item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@premiumsoccer.com so that we can help resolve the issue. 
All products purchased from Premium Soccer are subject only to the applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, if applicable. Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are not considered defects.
The claim procedure works as follows:
You can email info@premiumsoccer.com if the item you have received has a manufacturing defect. 
We request that the following pictures be submitted with all claims:
  • Top view of the 2 shoes side by side for Footwear
  • Bottom view for Footwear
  • 4 side views for any products
  • A close-up of the defect for any products
  • A picture of the label inside the product

If the claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label to return the defective product to our store and will send you a replacement of the same product.
If the same item is not available, you may choose an item of your choice as a replacement. Any difference in price in the item(s) chosen will be added to the original cost. 

Exchange of defective shoes should be done within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are NOT considered defects.
