Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is validated, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. Should the identical item be unavailable, you're welcome to select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted against the original purchase cost.
